Advanced Pharmacotherapy Workshop for Pharmacists 2014

Objectives:

This course aims to provide a comprehensive review of common therapeutic areas for pharmacists interested in clinical pharmacy practice. Update on the latest pharmacotherapy and non-pharmacological management of common diseases will be delivered. Case discussion with sharing of clinical practice pearls, patient education points and treatment planning will be delivered.

Entry Requirement: 

Applicants should possess a Bachelor degree in pharmacy or higher and be a registered pharmacist in his / her country of residence.


Learning Activities:

Lectures, case studies and discussion will be used.


Course Requirement:

Attendees who attain at least 70% attendance will be granted a certificate of attendance by the College of Pharmacy Practice.


Language of Instruction:

The course will be conducted primarily in English and Cantonese.


Course Fee:  

CPP members: HK$3,600 per person

Non CPP members: HK$4,000 per person

All registrants will be provided with the complimentary Year 2014 membership of the College of Pharmacy Practice (valid until December 31st, 2014)
