This course aims to provide a comprehensive review of common therapeutic areas for pharmacists interested in clinical pharmacy practice. Update on the latest pharmacotherapy and non-pharmacological management of common diseases will be delivered. Case discussion with sharing of clinical practice pearls, patient education points and treatment planning will be delivered.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor degree in pharmacy or higher and be a registered pharmacist in his / her country of residence.
Lectures, case studies and discussion will be used.
Attendees who attain at least 70% attendance will be granted a certificate of attendance by the College of Pharmacy Practice.
Language of Instruction:
The course will be conducted primarily in English and Cantonese.
CPP members: HK$3,800 per person
Non CPP members: HK$4,200 per person
All registrants will be provided with the complimentary Year 2015 membership of the College of Pharmacy Practice (valid until December 31st, 2015)
